Yep, and as your account balance grows with showing all the trading you are doing you should be able to get an even lower price. ETrade Pro is what Monk uses and is very happy with it.

I have a friend that uses ETRADE PRO also. Be careful with that 2 second guarantee. They only guarantee it for ETF's and up to 500 shares. Not saying they don't fill quickly, but know that it only applies up to 500 shares. It caught us off guard the other day when they split an 800 share order and filled the second part about 8 seconds later and a nickle higher.
