They dumped total 270M shares in 2 weeks

I see what you are looking but according to the information at pinksheets.

As of Aug 2,2010 there were only 221,836,093 shares in the treasury. Of which 150,000,000 were supposedly set aside for a Stock Option Plan.

I included Note 5 - Notes Payable in that picture because it also directly relates to your point

Since the last breakout, he converted convertible debts to shares, 300M~400M shares, which seems like he diluted all the remaining shares in A/S maxingout 1.5B

You also stated

What's next is, just my guess, Since Denass keeps selling/converting debts at this low price, I guess, there maybe another A/S increase in a few months.

Longs have been warned about this.. As recently as Aug 11th.

Oh ok, I see what you are talking about. For some reason it only shows what you are depicting on the daily chart. I do not know why that is. I feel the OBV is a good indicator, especially for big board stocks. I am keeping my eye on the OVB but I have a lot of good technicals that also imply a short reversal. Only time will tell. I have lost a lot of confidence in BEHL since .01 and I think it will be very difficult to get back into the multiple pennies with the extra shares. I do know that there are more shareholders now than before and they are holding much more, but they are also not as strong. My short term goal is .004 with a longer term goal of .012

There's no reason to hold to death until it breaks up to afew cents which I don't think it's possible until r/s

Technically spoken yes. But in an interview Dennis Fisher stated the opposite > "BEHL is looking to earning its way out of the low SP value." I believe he wouldnt say that unless the expected income earnings weigh up to it.

They started dumping after breakout, of course. But from yesterday, they start dumping in AH. Same as the days before the breakout, They dumped total 270M shares in 2 weeks. Why they dump in low price? Because the debt holders want to convert shares lowest as possible which make them more profits. Also, it helps for them to dump in bulk when there are more bid supports when price goes flat. This is why, BEHL slowly goes down and suddenly the price drops more after minimal price depression for consolidation.
Including AH/PRE, OBV indicator shows, it's dilution the line goes deeper than before breakout. They ceased while it's breaking, then now they just started again yesterday.

Just wait for 0.0014. This is the price, 50% discounted, for debt holders got for the 23M sold in two days. They will keep dumping, any price above 0.0014 is gain for them.

What's next is, just my guess, Since Denass keeps selling/converting debts at this low price, I guess, there maybe another A/S increase in a few months. Anyone claims longs, I recommend to trade smart. You can't win for the company operating under sold shares in market. They don't operate on revenue, but on investors money. There's no reason to hold to death until it breaks up to afew cents which I don't think it's possible until r/s

Your thoughts are very insightful. I have been puzzled for a while now as to how this is all going to end. IMO to date there is little evidence that the focus is on selling product, but it is clearly on selling shares. So I think that you are right. It will be interesting to see if you are right and the stock indeed drops to $0.0014 in the next few days (might take an extra week with another PR about more opportunities in China and South America that don’t materialize) and then sits there. Another A/s increase (to 2 billion?) would surely dilute and drop the SP to below $0.0010.

The puzzle is the end game, what is the purpose of all this. According to Gofer the end game is the sale of Founders Shares in January 2011. What do you think? Surely these shares will have been diluted to next to nothing also? Or can they be protected from dilution somehow – allowing the founder to collect and walk? Or are we all wrong and is the intent indeed to make and sell products? My opinion and a simple question.
