Let's save that discussion for later. It's nice to take advantage of sellers after market close.

This may help with your question.

Let's answer that question. Before the Northern Dynasty announcement was made, I put forth two management companies(umbrella), Hunter Dickinson and The Lundin Group. The focus was given to Hunter Dickinson given the Big Chunk caldera. My personal "best case" scenario was/is for an umbrella management company to come in and essentially control this company. IT IS NOT A BUY OUT.

Until this past year, the companies(public and private) held equal ownership in Hunter Dickinson(collectively). Hunter Dickinson has reduced that transparency, and restructured things. In the past, Hunter Dickinson would be the one issuing press releases with regards to joint ventures. It is now handled by the affiliates(those under the umbrella)

There was a specific reason for me stating "buy all you can" on the date of that filing.

Let's review some things regarding how Hunter dickinson handled public relations in the past, and at the same time, see a couple of examples.

Most importantly, answer that question. I'm going to catch a smoke, and come back in a bit.

Let's focus on Nevada given the obvious, and look at Marchand Snyman.

Now, let's look at those two examples.

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=Ey%252fNQJm28TNpfiPMVQdYUA%253d%253d

Now let's look at some current arrangements with the two examples given.

http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/CBG-and-Hunter-Dickinson-Form-Joint-Venture-on-Niblack-Project-TSX-VENTURE-CBG-1003997.htm

This is how Hunter Dickinson handled things in the past. Reviewing past joint ventures provided by these two examples shows how Hunter Dickinson handled these ventures. Now to your questions. The first question is possibly yes. The second question can be answered by one of the examples provided above.

This should clear up any misunderstanding with regards to the involvement of Hunter Dickinson. Also, eliminating my "best case" scenario, can provide very dynamic results as well. Things are very good my friend.

If you just want a cheat. The answer is again, possibly yes by means of a similar arrangement.

I can expound on that if you want.

If you didn't catch it, the answer to your question, "In turn, will LBSR get a portion of the proceeds from the Pebble Project? ", could come by means similar to this.

This is only an example, and not something to rely on, but you can see how the company could receive proceeds through share ownership.

Neat, isn't it?
