When did OS rise? By how much? Got a link? Par value is still $00.01. It's still registered in Delaware. AS is still 800,000,000. I think that you are going to have to spring for the 20 bucks to the State of Delaware if you are going to prove dilution.

Yeah, saw that this morning as well...it's when the AS raises that's when I will not invest any money into this...

Been watching and waiting to see if this will have another run in it.

If they did dilute I would say that it's pretty close to being done by the lack of volume. Accumulation seems to be happening again.

I'm gonna wait to see what happens mid next week.

I don't think that is likely to happen, especially after reading the recent PR's and seeing all of the positive momentum this will gain over the next few weeks. Odds are we will see a PR next week and we will begin to run before the shoes hit the shelves in September.

Anyway, it would be a good thing to be postive and keep the focus on AVTI and try not to focus on doubtful speculation or other companies.

This stock has legs and is going to run pretty hard over the next few weeks.
