OK, got it, now can you offer a prediction on share price in coming months if all goes well and there's growth as planned. Do you see it back in the (low) pennies by year end?

Any thoughts or guidance is much appreciated.

TJG... I'm afraid that you have a serious problem my friend---you are attempting to confuse these poor folks with the facts!

I see only 670k debts in total including interests incurred as of las filing. That's why they increased their a/s to 1.5B. And in the past 4 weeks(I guess they say note is due on 8/12, but think it's not true, they probably converted 2 weeks early), their debt holders dumped around 900M shares which is around $810k in 0.0009 average. Even if they got 50% discounted CD, they started dump above 0.001, which settles on selling price above 0.0005. So I guess their CD to market is 0.0005 the bottom selling price for their profit line for their CDs, which is also support of the stock price. And I haven't seen the thick bids on 0.0005, currently 8 MMs on 5. To me, 0.0005 looks like strong support for both CD ratio, bid support, chart support, also it could be the psycological support as well due the the three facts. Best chance for it to bounce, my bet.

2006 326,000
2007 15,599
2009 353,500
_______ ______
Total 679,500

This is very small debts in total for pink stocks, and for 1.5B stock, this minimal debt can be ignorable. What I like is the stock price came down nicely with such effort to convert this small debts, now RIGH is almost debt free with high potential. And theyre starting to make more revenue according to last financial.
