Yes that was all I was refering to but everyone is allowed their opinion and the teach isn't wrong. I was with this company almost from the beginning and I have seen and only talk about the untruths that are now proven and have come out with this mess. I don't know what the SEC will find out in court and if JH wants that he is more than welcome to it.
As for here the in the US "we" remark, If you would look at my profile it will tell you I'm retired military and live and work in Italy on a US Air Base. I gave 24 years of my life to ensure others the right of their opinion so I hope it doesn't hurt too much if I get to post a bit of my own as well. After all it is just that, an opinion and until we lose it all still a free country!
We will all see what more if anything comes out at trial. The money, I invested here I lost of my own free will and I learned a very good lesson with it. The things that these wrap around agreements did to alot of people here are in themselves IMO warranted of a good solid negitive opinion against anyone that had their fingers in the pot not just those that have already admitted guilt. They knew what they were doing, they knew the impact it would have on shareholders if found out but they did it anyway without thinking twice. All of them!!! Thats a fact!
They cost alot of good trusting people alot of money and still refuse to talk "at all" to their shareholders.
Morning, this wasn't aimed at you or anyone else just used your post to add to. Just a general statement of opinion from an old shareholder. Perhaps had we "old" shareholders been a bit more open to hearing even the negative posts that were warning us we wouldn't have lost to the extent or been as mad or disappointed as we are now. Thats the best of what I learned here. "Listen to all, trust NONE and invest based only on your own DD not the hype of the chat room or the supposed positive helpful involvement in the company by other shareholders"
