I agree whole-heartedly. People who are only looking at the PPS are missing out on the big picture.

You may be 100% correct and all the info is out there. But that does not matter much if the average investor does not know how to connect the dots. MBB is a brilliant guy who has built a company from nothing and is on the verge of building the largest biomass plant in the USA. He has to go back and study the KISS principle and how it relates to dispersing info about the company. He may be involved in some very complicated structuring and financing strategies but he has to come up with a way to explain to the general investing community what he is doing.
