Bar Chart looks like a reliable resource to me, I would agree with the BUY rating for AVTI. They base their recommendations on technical analysis. I did not see the disclaimer you mentioned.

They do use intraday charts so the buy or hold ratings can change throughout the day depending on the current pps.

Yes I did.. but I don't use that charting anyway. But all I was saying is it shows it's not as bad as some make it out to be.
