Looking back at GB's posts he changed the date from the 10th to the 18th which he posted on the 7th stating the change in date. On the 7th PPBL ran to 07. It closed yesterday at .0785 thats an increase of 11%. Most of the volume happened between the 10th and 17th and at those prices it doesn't seem anyone could have made a whole lot of money looking at what prices the sells were at today.
