I've been PM on 8 multi-million dollar projects. The largest involved design and implementation of wireless networks at 200 apartment complexes. It took 6 months to negotiate the contracts and 2 years to complete them to maintenance phases.

The smallest involved an infrastructure and wireless network in a single 50 story office building. It took 6 months to negotiate the contracts and 4 months to complete the buildout.

This is a completely different animal though. MMTE shareholders realize that they are still in a company in the negotiation phase. We are all antsy to get in the implementation phase. While it may take another 6 months to get there it doesn't change the fact that we want it there sooner rather than later. Time is a great motivator, but the longer it takes to move forward in publically owned companies, the less-likely it is that investors will be enthusiastic. Meaning, waiting sucks in pinkyland and no-divvy land.
