There is still those 2+M short shares out there. The shorts are praying for, one, the Chanos predicted collapse of China and, two, counting on institutional investors not buying everything that hits the trading floor in the area of $11.00. I believe that they are both working against them. China will control thier economy and grow at a minimum of 8%. Current institutional holders and new ones are buying and are not looking for shares at sub $10.00 and are willing to buy them right here. That, eventually, maybe next PR, next acqusition, or next quarterly, will result in the also eventual short squeeze to $15.00.

But what do I know. If I were you I would seek guidance from the Governor.

I certainly share your disappointment on the share price. But what could management really do? They are still discussing a divi and a buyback. It's only a few weeks since these options are on their table. This stuff takes a bit of time.

What else could they do? They could go to conferences. They do that. They will have at least 4-5 more conferences this year from here on out.

They could meet with institutions. Well they do this. They met with at least 20 institutions within the last couple of months to my knowledge. And now they are in the States meeting with many again.

The reason we are still trading at these levels is beyond me especially since many other big board china stocks rallied lately but it sure isn't the fault of management so far. IMO
