I have no argument with your position and, in fact, share much of the frustration... Investors can demand "proof" but, for whatever reason, we are not going to get this specific proof until acceptance/rejection by the FDA, at which point it will be redundant. One side or the other will be able to say "I told you so". Meanwhile... x.

For the last six months the calls dramatically increased for Dean to come up with a proof that his machine works, since then the stock price lost 66% of its value, tha majority of the yahoo board , half of this board turned on him and all he did is trying to con us with a insulting presentation and cancel the written Q&A s on his website. Obviously , he does NOT have a working machine, no CEO will let his stock bleed in that manner,ignore all the repeated calls for a proof and drive his company to the ground unless he is hiding something... He needs to come out clean, prototype? in progress? working sample? 2D? empty Shell? 3D? 2.5 D? TRANSPARENCY....
