How the heck would i know how the SEC is, looks to me as people would use common sense, the market cap with the number of shares arriving at the pps, let me know what you come up with. This will eventually either dilute more or reverse split, but when it tanks again people like yourself average down making for a good day for volume that's when you get a good 50% to 75% gain. More fluff pr's, crappy financials, not following anything on time probably won't make the pps jump on the next set of news lets watch. Example look at aptd and heli, i tried to tell people that was an obvious pump and dump but you still get bashed, i don't put this in the same category but i'm also not willing to jump in at this price either.
