How can you possibly know this? This is a pink sheet company! He could sell his shares and give himself a bonus for the exact amount he sold the shares for. If he doesn't tell us anything then he is just like every other shady pink sheet CEO.
This is a non-reporting company boys and girls and he doesn't have to tell us anything!
