I read it as this, Aug 19th to 30th is meetings and stuff and they plan on it being done by early Sept. I could be wrong....Having said that, they did they in the ORIGINAL PR that they will announce merger without prior notice and they are holding true to that in their newest PR they say the same thing... Pateince people, it is coming and i originally had my sell goal at around .30 but now im raising it to over a dollar. After doing some research on how much RM can launch companies a dollar or two isnt too far from being a realistic amount.

Did you read the last part Matt? A formal announcement can be made at anytime? So we could expect something very soon.. Just to let everyone know! Just because there are meetings going on in early September does not mean that the merger would not be finalized in August..So expect a merger announcement...We should have chasers today getting in while they can..because now they should know its coming
