those restricted shares were for the loan note holders ..... ours is cash read nmgls last 8k last paragraph ......

We've all read the 8K's, you're getting preferred stock which may or may not ever be exchanged for cash. It's totally at NMGL's discretion.

I didnt get that conclusion from the last paragraph of that 8k, but I like your optimism. I would really like to see a cash divvy come out of this transaction....... GO FFGO!
