Well I don't agree that the cause of any of this is her husbands health. This company has had the same issues before this, hype, and promises of things "coming soon". Auditors don't need her husband to be healthy to complete an audit.
Some of these other statements, like the "coming S1 filing" were made AFTER her husband had issues.
Excuses are for losers. This is business, you produce or you don't, no excuses.
