Well, however you slice it-- whether the background checker belongs to inex or to efln, there's revenue coming in. If it belongs to INEX, then it would follow that some of that revenue is trickling through EFlN's 30% ownership of Inex. If it belongs to EFLN, then 100% goes to EFLN. Don't mattah! It's a moot argument, like most of the arguments I read on this board.
