If a merger is necessary then so be it. I'm sure there will be speculation on that subject going forward. A potential merger could certainly reward the longs who remain. Time will tell.

I dont think there are any rules against posting information that an investor found through there DD, as long as the investor is not directly involved with the merger directly.
