I will go worst case scenario and say that I believe that the ARTS OS is somewhere between 2.5 to 3 billion, but under 3 billion. I think your assessment is close too.

I'm in at 4,700,000,000. In April '10 everyone was predicting the # to be about 200 million O/S and the 10Q came out with over 500 million O/S. Since basically nothing has changed and Eddie is still running on hopes and "plans" with little settled to back it up, I'm putting my # on the high side. Let's go for 4,700,000,000 - then if it comes in lower I can act happy! Seems like an increase of almost 1000% ought to do it. After all the A/S has been 10 billion for over 2 months already.
