There is no gag of any type, semi or otherwise. Don't start any rumors. You sent an email and got a response. How is that a gag order?

If you have done some DD here then you would also know that a merger/acquisition has just occurred. All shares have had to be adjusted for the switch over to FPRD.

I also find humor in your question about the float. You yourself reported a share structure of just slightly over 42M. This in itself is so extremely small that PPS actions like we see here can take place in any one day.

Is 42M outstanding shares too large for you that you want to know that the "float" is substantially less? Come'on buddy, give us a break. 42M shares - call the whole damn thing the float and get over it already.....
