Vulcan, just curious where you are getting this .0007 figure from. I am new to reading charts, however I don't see .0007 as a support level?

Yes, as I said yesterday. Without news, the only way ECPL is going to get back up to .002's is if a few more heavyweights can load up cheap enough to make it worth their while.
