It seems as if Eric is somewhat of a young learner. He is making some errors, but who doesn't when they are first starting out. I am a retired educator and am willing to admit when I got my first job I made some mistakes. Heck, I probably should have been paying them for the opportunity to teach instead of the other way around. All in all Eric is doing a better than average job. He will be fine and so will the company. Patience is called for - why not it's a virtue. GO TDGI!
