TJG this is an excellent post that would do a lot of people some good to read, because just like you, I am tired of hearing this from people that do not understand all that has/is happening with this stock, and more annoyed with people that invested that perhaps did not really realize what they were investing in no matter if they were planning to/trading this stock or holding long, they should always do DD. This might be one of those lessons for all types of investors, learn your stock, stake your position, and don't look back hindsight is always 20/20 but unfortunately we can not invest or trade on hindsight

I would encourage others to read more on this board as this topic has been visited more than enough times and explained every which way, I for one would be happy to further explain if anyone is need of more explanation or why/how something they are doing is being done, however.

Just the ones who were sucked in by there April PR showing 38 Million OS and float. at todays Market cap that would be 2 pennies on this stock now in its present form.


It did have a starting price at .10...and the company was paying to promote the stock by issuing shares to boiler room stock news letters.

The company and those in charge are responsible for what is happening to the general public who were mislead into this issue.

Lets see the Audit, then the Class actions will hit these Racketeers.

There will never be a 2nd audit, maybe iffy on the first one too, cuz it will prove this scam.
