292,110,000 float + 2,000,000 restricted = 2,292,110,000 outstanding

The 292 million is the key here. The reason it went from 96 million ( 70 restricted and 26 free on August 11) to 292 is because 200 was cut for acquisition of upcoming company, to be announced. This 200 cannot be in DTC yet. So all the past 5 trading days is the 96( max) paper turning over several times a day! Any acquisition news or 10Q confirmation of assets, etc. will blow this to .01
