I will need to ask what your specific interest might be in relation to this project prior to sharing detailed information with you.

One the financing side we are currently reviewing various options /investments in relation to securing the PDD development fees.

To give you a basic carbon credit value comparison here are the numbers on some very similar projects:

Based on silicone photovoltaic cells in Korea:

Installed capacity of 100MW over the first 10 year crediting period generate roughly 866,880 CER’s or 13,870,080 EUR ( spot @ 15.08 -futures for Dec @ 18.00 -market poised for 25.00 by end of 2010-given 25% discount in forward sale market I used a very conservative average price IMO of 16.00 EUR) .

Based on Parabolic in the inland of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and using a 120 MVA capacity steam turbine for power generation from the solar heat collected:

Installed Cap of 100MW over the first 8 year crediting period will generate 1,223,606 CER’s or 19,577,696 EUR.

Q-Dots PV cells could push these numbers up by 30%.
