I called one of the phone numbers listed on Remotes Sept Sec
filing. Number was answered by Telogis. Everything links to Telogis. This is IMO a reverse merger and they are probably waiting for a new Ticker symbol as Telogis must be going public or our shares would not still be trading.
I think by middle of Sept., if not sooner, we will hear something.
