Fact is VERT is selling shares for someone. You have to deal in reality. You can't just ignore that fact and act like everything is great.
The reason the stock is down here is not because the company doesn't have potential, its because they keep dumping shares driving the price into the ground.
The fact that they are willing to dilute at .0007 is a bit concerning.
Just because you might convince 1 poster to go away, that doesn't improve your investment here.
If you want to be objective, answer this question. Where does the constant selling end?
