It's not a case of there simply being two parties in a transaction.

It's the translation of those transactions that was established to "determine" whether it should be called a "sell" or a "buy".

Noone here made it up.

Too many "sells" at the bid makes it go down. "Buys" at the ask make it go up.

when to many buys and not enough sells, it goes up.....when too many sells and not enough buys it goes down...

Take a look at the "Trades." Clearly, almost all trading to day has been initiated by sell orders. Shaheed has Billions to unload. Look out below.
