2)Those trying to flip for a tick or two.
3)MM's trying to manipulate a false positive. I expect them to move it up a few ticks just so they can short it back down.

ADVICE:

LET THE MM'S TRADE AMONGST THEMSELVES AND SCREW THEMSELVES...
