No... post split, the Authorized per the mofidied Amendment "stays the same" at 1.1Billion Take it or leave it. Us common guys just got screwed and they can sell the new shares at a higher price...

Folks, being contrary to usual antics, this "could" take off after a minor (or one Major frickin' dip) after the effective Aug 23 R/S.
