well if you really read what was stated you would have to agree that at the end of June there debt was to be retired,I did not make that up.... as far as a long term lease on a 9500 sq. ft. building I don`t believe that will be a big deal financially as you imply,but since we don`t know what sort of structure or the location of it it is hard to put a dollar value on it...........http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=42942923&symbol=NB^CBIS
