Cassandra.. Thanks....Someone turned me onto this one a while back. I never did anything, because a lot of thing did not seam right.. My hunch was right..forget about it.

Where will SSPT go? Likely nowhere.
No one here knows how many more SSPT shares are lined up to be sold.
Certainly there are better opportunities than gambling on a no bid stock that was rapidly diluted into the ground by new management that came from a questionable hugely overpriced purchase of a subsidiary of GESM (now CLDR).
CLDR is at it again, selling another subsidiary to MMUH. Similar dilution is happening at the acquiring pink sheet (PK) entity -- MMUH.
Be cautious with these stocks. They seem to be hazzardous to your financial health.
