LOL!!! Notice that NOWHERE in the email did he say that he wouldn't be selling those shares in the future. The fact that he mentioned the "lengthy process" makes me think that he's busy filling out the paperwork to do so. "Razing" money n' stuff! Issuing new shares is always to the benefit of the company, but NEVER to the benefit of its shareholders. Dilution is dilution, period.

Everyone just keep buying $10 worth of shares like the moderator tells you to. If propping up the PPS is a daily fee for you guys, then have at it. Smart? Not if you like to preserve capital. Does it make your account look better for a few minutes? Maybe. A lot like how a drug addict needs his fix. Here is your brain on ISPI!
