I doubt the moves in fppc and aspn are related to Venezuela but you never know. The companies affected in Venezuela are typically BIG oil. However over time I expect that the tiny drillers will get a porportionately bigger boost as investors realize it doesn't take much of a discovery to really boost the financial results for these stocks.
