I guess this is where we can agree to disagree. As you pointed out not every caller was able to ask questions. I believe that there was probably 12 people on the line that didn't get a chance to ask their questions. And I'm not sure how many callers who did during the 45/50 minutes of Q&A that was provided.

You have the address to the company if you don't want to call them. Write them a letter of concern with your questions and perhaps you will get an answer. I did that with another company I was following and low and behold I received a phone call from the CEO himself and he told me that he got letters everyday but he called me because of the way I conducted the letter. Try it - it might work for you but don't do it like you do it here. Lordy, I didn't even want to respond to this but had to.

If you didn't listen to the call direct yesterday, go on the website and take a listen. I think it would do you good.

A total fabrication from the first line. I called and when the operator said press *1, I did. I was not prescreened. Since all of my questions had already been answered, I suggested that Dean have some kind of a Q & A on the website to answer good and unfounded questions. Or perhaps make a transcript of the past CC's and group the info in subjects to make answers already given over the past year readily available. He said that he would take it under advisement with his lawyer.

As far as your second point. Dean took about 20 to 25 calls for about an hour. If you wanted to call and ask, you could have done so.

see the message to sano I just posted. I don't know those folks at the company, they had no idea I was on the line, I had my chance to ask a question but it was "asked and answered". You can hear me as the second or third last questioner. No there is no set up on the call ins. Period. Put it to bed.
