A total fabrication from the first line. I called and when the operator said press *1, I did. I was not prescreened. Since all of my questions had already been answered, I suggested that Dean have some kind of a Q & A on the website to answer good and unfounded questions. Or perhaps make a transcript of the past CC's and group the info in subjects to make answers already given over the past year readily available. He said that he would take it under advisement with his lawyer.
As far as your second point. Dean took about 20 to 25 calls for about an hour. If you wanted to call and ask, you could have done so.
