I think you re tilting at windmills. As loanranger pointed out, there is nothing in the indictment either about or dependant on whether or not there is forgery. IMO, i do find it odd that a broker could recognize a "discrepancy" while it flew right past the TA. So, the TA is perhaps guilty of being sloppy, lackadaisical or perhaps negligent. Whether that rises to the level of criminal or not, I don't know. But it sure does not impugn the integrity of the TA's numbers re: share structure. We all know that if the TA said the OS was 3 billion when it was really only 700 Million, Mosky would have shouted that fact. Notice, however, he made not one whimper of protest. BTW, there are enough charges in the indictment as it stands to put these creeps in prison well beyond their expected life span. But, i betcha' forgery will be added to the list somewhere down the line.
As regards the TA's #s, I don't see that the share holders have identified any inaccuracies. They have only identified things they wish to point to and claim as inaccuracies.
