Mr. Grudge, please indicate which document & page #, provides you with the information stating "liabilities were in excess of $110," the following claim as seen in the original BK Petition stated the following, seems someone has some incorrect imformation/guidance! As I requested in my response to your reply to my post I suggested that instead of rambling txt its a good idea to provide links, screenshots, or at least the doc & page # from where you are basing your claims! Interesting Screen name BTW, wonder if applies to this story, hmmmm!!

Does this not say, and that the trustee agreed, that there was reason afterall that QSGI Inc. could be rehabilitated? Could the emergence of KruseCom, or another entity, have changed the trustee's position? Seems that something did or the withdrawl would not have been filed.

As for the 110 Mil debt, these are the figures from the original bankruptcy filing...
Total Assets: $23,971,267.00
Total Debts: $22,703,773.00 (this includes debt securities ie secured ,unsecured and subordinated debt)
Common Stock:48,797,716 shares
Preferred Stock: 5,000,000 shares
Note: the 10K you quoted yesterday clearly stated that the preferred stock was "NOT ISSUED" so it can be inferred that it is held by the company or its principals.
