If there's been one constant for PDLI over the past 10 years it's that no one likes paying them royalties.

One more thing, Roche does have a history of trying to screw companies out of royalties (Igen, etc).

Some good news for PDLI - it settled a few patent litigation and its '216B Patent was upheld.
