this partly my problem. daid a. noyes will not sell pennies no longer.

call the broker and ask them to lift it, they send the cert to the transfer agent and remove the legend, redeposit and it is clear...should not take you long...i am doing it now with mine. I had to wait for a cert because the bd I originally had it with does not sell penny stocks any longer....happy trading

broker calls and no results. amerit wouldn't take my acct but took new money.

company has to release them.
so far company stinks here.
