Exactly. Which is why I always find it laughable when anybody suggests there isn't a use for high quality domestic fuel. There's ALWAYS a serious demand and limitless uses. Refineries and the blending site are just two of them.

JBII can also sell the fuel to Railroads, and Shipping (as in Boats) companies........z

FYI JBI can sell fuel Immediately!

I just spoke to a very helpful person with the EPA. JBI does not need to register with the EPA to sell their fuel for off road use(construction, logging etc.) or for legitimate R&D purposes.

Registration is only required for on road motor vehicle use.

ABIGHAMMER runs our rigs ON the road. JBI needs to remedy this minor technicality.

then they will be reliant on the blending site and can't do large volumes... there will be another delay while they get the blending site up and running...
