You do know why products go to places like overstock.com, TJ Maxx, Marshalls etc right? They are whats called discount retailers. When a company devlops a product line and it is unsuccessful and cant be sold anywhere, these discount retailers will offer to buy the shoes at a great discount; and in turn sell them at a large discount. They ONLY purchase products from failed companies, previous years runs, or distressed lines.
