I have googled an hour Mark as well as Marc Laramie in connection with ligitation, law suit, judge, investigation, etc.etc.....and I found nothing but just some totally usual legal stuff or problems ten years ago. This guy is 'clean' - as far as a businessman in this business world can be clean ;-)))
We all see things our own way. The goal is to make money in an investment. Ill keep all posted as more knowledge is obtained. I will not speculate further until there is any proof in wrong doing. I will however comment on the actual P & Ls and say once again that as shareholders we are at a loss to values and the revenues are far short of the exposure...ie. debt and salaries/ over head. i apologize if I offended anybody and I will stick to material facts and present new ones as they arise.
