I must say I strongly share the same sentiments...I'm long since May (bought at $3.65), and it has been one of the worst rides so far...sorry for being so harsh...but in May this was trading up to $3.80s and just over couple of months we have consistently dropping like rocks.
Neither am I. I am still more concerned with management's omission of the secondary during their recent presentation when they knew they had already filed for a secondary. IMO sounds like they needed funds to carry them through the PDUFA and were reticent to address this situation in public which does give me pause as to their transparency and that they would hold off from revealing such a vital piece of information which, IMO, reads nothing more than dilution, in whatever way one wants to couch it.
