it would not be the first time share holders have sued .. but proving it is something else .. the company pretty well covered themselves with weasel clauses and vague intentional misleading double talk .. these guys are pros .. at penny scams
It looks like we should seek a shareholder lawsuit against Lumb and his stooges. Regardless of how you feel, we all know this is nothing more than a paper shuffle to defraud us investors of our money. From one lumb shell to another.
If we do get together and sue these "gentlemen" and win, this will stop them from continuing their criminal activities. There is no distinction between them and a street thug who holds up a liquor store, except, they didn't use a deadly weapon to commit their crime. Both should be put behind bars and have the key melted, encased in concrete, then thrown out into a deep portion of the Pacific ocean.
This is a true RINSE AND REPEAT of the Hanover Capital Group scam in England. No difference.
