My confidence is based on this: at a certain point, the technicals on the pps action will improve (a less risk-averse market will help), and then even more institutions will flood in, overwhelm shorty, and shorty will cover and move on. It's inevitable. That's when CCME will zoom, and lots of people will be "surprised" by the sudden upward spikes that will be forthcoming and regret not buying lower when they could have done so. It always works this way.
