Think Toshiba produces a specialized RDRAM for PS2, so there must be other devices using Samsung RDRAM besides certain Cray supercomputers.

Thought RDRAM is still used in some set top boxes and HDTV?

Instead of mere speculation between yourselves, you can get some better information here, but it will cost you ; )
