the answer is yes...the company stated they needed the increase due to convertible debt that was due, the debt is pretty large and not sure what the float is but assuming it has to be close to the a/s as it was increased for that purpose.......
Worried about 700million A/S then you should not invest in penny stocks.
If you ever see anything over 5 - 10 billion A/S your should start to worry, but with 700million A/S, which at this point i'm not sure what the float is, which is normally less.
This is a good company, people normally get upset when things don't turn in their direction, but that doesn't change the company.
