4 * 6 * 8 = 192 million

432mill os he has 192mill = 44.44 % original 39% was wrong based on these numbers. I think I did it based on A/S not the O/S

I think it was they increased the A/S and at that time there were 316mill O/S now we have 432 mill as per last time posted on OTC.

either way some dilution of 115 mill shares. definitly got them working capital of over 2 million bucks.

Like I said I like this one long. I'm sure there will be traders and flippers joing soon if not already here.
