Alleyba I'm right here, just patiently waiting for everything to come out...and it's a shame that you turned negative on ipwg...it's a tough world out there and John and Peter are doing their best to bring value to shareholders...is it taking longer than expected? Yes. But no one knows what's really happening behind the scenes!! You can speculate all you want...throw in wild rumors...believe crazy rantings but fact of the matter is ipwg is still here...with doors opened and trying!!! If this was a scam or they were diluting on purpose then we would have 3 reverse splits by now and still be no where...but that's not the case is it?? So let's relax a bit here and give them some room...I'm 100% positive it will all work out for the better....very very shortly.

Then I asked him about the preferred shares. He told me the company is not going through the transfer agents anymore. They are doing it themselves. If PT is doing any illegal preferred share sales we will never know. I am not saying he is, but who knows? Why would they stop selling through the transfer agent?

Come on Irish group get on with the emergency shareholder meeting. It is the only way you can clean house. Stop letting you know who stop deceiving you

as per the O/S updated just a few days ago in the IBOX it appears like there has not been any dilution over the last month or so.

*Honestly ,Rdwild ,do you really believe the "Irish group" has the authority to call an emergency shareholders meeting? Why? It doesn't seem like a plausible reality to me. The "group's" shadowboxing ,fighting thin air. There is no reason to believe IPWG has done anything wrong ,other than the proposed lies and spread around. The SEC is watching this closely ,and lord knows who else. International Power is about to finish the fight a champ.

Alleyba ,didn't you say that you called the transfer agent? You said ,

Rdwild just posted an update with the transfer agent on the 9th of this month. Why would you say that?
